Customised and individual furnishings made of natural and noble materials in all apartments and rooms. Flooded with light, a symbiosis of local wood, natural stone and large windows. Modern, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, kettle and coffee filter machine. High-quality cold foam mattresses with bed linen, underfloor heating, bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer, hand and bath towels. Suitable for allergy sufferers. All flats are accessible by lift, (the Montoni and the Peder from the 2nd floor via a short wooden staircase). Harmony, serenity and well-being guarantee a pleasant holiday.
And many amenities in the house: daily fresh bread service from 7.30 a.m. in the mini-market, refreshing pool for your morning exercise from 7.00 a.m. or after a hike or bike ride, sauna and exercise for your relaxation. The breakfast bar, delicious afternoon coffee with homemade apple strudel on the sun terrace, tasty dishes in our popular evening restaurant Á la Carte and delicious pizzas from our pizzeria, also take away. At the end of your holiday, treat yourself to a "good drop" at our house bar.
The daily rate includes 2 persons and is per night including VAT.
Plus final cleaning (excl. single and double rooms) and the statutory local tax of € 3,20 per person/day over 14 years.
We rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays are only possible upon request and availability. A surcharge may apply for stays of less than 7 days or for events.
Free parking, e-charging station for a fee in the car park. Dogs are not allowed.

When is check-in possible?
Check-in for apartments and rooms is possible from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive after 10:00 pm, please contact us.
What apartment and room categories are available?
A variety of studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, double and single rooms with breakfast, as well as an exclusive SPA Suite are available.
How large are the apartments and rooms?
The single rooms are 15–18 m², double rooms 20–25 m², studios 45–55 m² plus terrace, apartments with one bedroom 55–60 m² plus terrace, apartments with two bedrooms 65–75 m² plus terrace, and the SPA Suite 85 m² plus wrap-around terrace.
How are the apartments and rooms equipped?
All units feature beds, custom-made wardrobes and furniture crafted from high-quality solid wood, a cosy living and sleeping area, bathroom with shower/WC, TV, Wi-Fi and safe. Our apartments additionally offer a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and in some cases two bathrooms.
How many people can be accommodated?
The rooms are designed for one to two people, while the apartments can accommodate two to six people depending on the category.
Are there apartments with separate sleeping and living areas?
Yes, all apartments except the studios have separate sleeping and living areas.
Do the apartments and rooms have a balcony or terrace?
Yes, all apartments and rooms have a balcony or terrace. In Residence A, these are equipped with a table and chairs and in some cases sun loungers. In Residence B, they feature lounge furniture with a sofa, two armchairs, and a small table.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, all rooms and apartments are fully equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvet and pillow covers) and towels per person (1 swimming towel, 1 large bath towel, 1 small hand towel).
Are bed linen and towels changed during the stay?
Yes, rooms are cleaned daily, and bed linen and towels are changed regularly during your stay. For apartments, a complete cleaning (excluding the kitchen) with bed linen change is provided for stays of one week or more. On request, we offer an additional cleaning (excluding the kitchen) with bed linen change at any time for a fee of €12.00. If you require more frequent changes, we recommend bringing extra towels of your own.
Are the apartments and rooms air-conditioned?
No, the apartments and rooms at the 4-star Camping & Residence Sägemühle do not have air conditioning due to their alpine location at around 900 metres in Prad am Stilfserjoch.
Is there a fully equipped kitchen?
Yes, all apartments have a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, as well as cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups.
Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments and rooms?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and rooms.
Are there accessible apartments and rooms?
No, the apartments and rooms at the 4-star Camping & Residence Sägemühle are not accessible, but both Residence buildings have a lift. The Montoni and Peder apartments are accessible from the 2nd floor via a short wooden staircase.
Is there a washing machine in the Residence?
Yes, in the basement of the Residence there is a laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, a sink for hand washing, as well as a drying room with lockers and hanging facilities. The washing machines and dryers operate with coin insertion and can be used for a small fee. An ironing board and iron are available to borrow from reception on request.
Are pillows or bed linen without down available for allergy sufferers?
Yes, we offer pillows and bed linen without down for allergy sufferers. Please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare everything accordingly.
Until what time is check-out?
Check-out from the apartments and rooms is possible until 9:30 am. In case of early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
