A modern fitness equipment for your fitness and health as part of your personal lifestyle with a power station, treadmill, Ergobike, Crosstrainer, vibration training equipment and gymnastics balls is available for a small fee. Opening hours of the fitness studio: 8am to 12am and 2pm to 8pm. Persons have to be at least 16 years old to use the fitness.

Outdoor fitness for the dew morning hours: the healing power of the water as well as regular movement in the Kneipp basin at the edge of the forest near our holiday resort. - For jog, hiking, biking, Nordic walking and more.
