Equipment & inclusive services
So that you can arrive as carefree as possible and with less luggage, here is a list of all the things and utensils you will find in the flat, plus our inclusive services!
Bed linen, towels, hand and bath towels, pillows. You are welcome to bring your own swimming and sauna towels. Free basic cleaning for stays of two weeks or more (except kitchen)
Bathrobe rental (size XL) on request. (for a small fee), available in single and double rooms.
Cookware, plates, cutlery, glasses and cups

- Free use of our wellness facilities - indoor pool (30/32°), from 7.00-21.00, in summer with panoramic terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor adventure pool in the village (for a small fee) within walking distance of 10min, sauna with relaxation room, coin for steam bath and whirlpool (for a fee)
- Fitness room with weight station, treadmill, ergobike, cross trainer, vibration training machine, exercise balls

- Daily guided bike tours MO-SA (reduced rate/tour), reservation of bike shuttle service to the Reschenpass, Stilfserjoch, Madritschjoch or to the Ofenpass, tools and washing place for the bike
At check-in we hand you the VinschgauCARD - your ticket for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol
- Participation in the weekly programme with advance booking the day before.

- Morning post with tips on hiking tours, events and weather forecast daily at the bread service in the Mini-Market

In the winter months free ski bus, 50 steps from the house, to the ski area in Trafoi and Sulden am Ortler (16km)

- Drying rooms for ski clothes, biker clothes
- Sledges for hire (for a small fee)
If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, we have baby cots and high chairs available for hire. With advance reservation.

Important information about catering
Breakfast in the café-restaurant or on the sun terrace: from 8:00-10:00 a.m., full breakfast with advance reservation the day before per person € 16
Daily oven-fresh bread and pastries in the Market from 7:30 a.m. until 11:00
- Cafè bar - coffee and cake in the afternoon
- Pizzeria 17:00-21:30
- Evening restaurant à la carte 18:00-21:00
