Booking conditions apartments

The easiest and fastest way to book your holiday is via an online booking through our booking tool. There you will always find the best available rate, can choose between different booking conditions and optionally add cancellation insurance for extra security.

If you decide not to take out insurance, please understand that in case of cancellation – even for reasons that would normally be insured – no free cancellation can be granted. In this case, the agreed cancellation conditions apply.

Apartments are generally rented from Saturday to Saturday. In low season, shorter stays (minimum 5 nights during the week) are possible within special offer weeks (7 nights for the price of 5). Double and single rooms can be booked with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Deposit:
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. This will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. You will then receive a confirmation.

Arrival – Departure:
Apartments are available from 4:00 p.m. Please inform us in case of late arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle to a reduction.

Prices – VAT – Tourist tax:
Prices include 10% VAT. Tourist tax € 3.20 per person/night (from 14 years) is not included.

Pets:
Pets, dog and cat and other are not allowed.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EC card and cash. American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

Printing errors, mistakes, and possible price changes reserved. All prices listed in the price list include VAT and are per day.


Cancellation conditions: 

Please notify us of your cancellation in writing only.

  • Up to 365 days before arrival: processing fee €80
  • Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
  • Up to 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price


In the event of early departure, no-show, or shortening of the booked stay, the full amount (pitch + persons) for the entire booking period will be charged.

Cancellations made verbally are not valid. A rebooking is not possible.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Travel insurance:

In case you choose not to opt for a cancellation insurance, please understand that if a cancellation occurs due to a covered reason, we cannot offer a free cancellation. The aforementioned cancellation conditions will apply in such situations. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing the insurance.

Camping-Sägemühle-Reception

Check-in for apartments and rooms is possible from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. If you arrive after 10:00 pm, please contact us.

Until what time is check-out? | Residence: Apartments & Rooms , Residence: Booking Conditions

Check-out from the apartments and rooms is possible until 9:30 am. In case of early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.

Camping-Sägemühle-Reception

When booking apartments and rooms, the price includes use of the wellness area with indoor pool and fitness room, "Südtirol Guest Pass" for free use of public transport and discounts, daily morning newsletter from Camping & Residence Sägemühle, media library for newspapers and magazines, digital information terminal in the lounge, personalised TV channel in three languages, and free ski bus in winter months to the Sulden am Ortler ski area.

When booking a room, breakfast as well as daily room cleaning and final cleaning are also included.

Is the final cleaning included in the price? | Residence: Booking Conditions

For apartments

No, the final cleaning is not included in the price and is charged separately depending on the size.

 

For single and double rooms

Yes, the final cleaning is included in the price, along with daily cleaning.

What are the cancellation conditions for apartments and rooms? | Residence: Booking Conditions

The following cancellation conditions apply, provided the cancellation is communicated in writing:

  • Up to 365 days before arrival: processing fee €80.00

Is travel cancellation insurance offered? | Residence: Booking Conditions

Yes, you can take out the “Reise-Storno-Schutz Hotelstorno Plus” travel cancellation insurance directly via our website. Should you decide against insurance, we kindly ask for your understanding that in the event of cancellation – even for reasons covered by insurance – free cancellation is not possible. In all cases, our regular cancellation conditions apply.

What is the local tourist tax? | Residence: Booking Conditions

The local tourist tax for your stay in the Residence is €3.20 per person/night from the age of 14 and is charged separately.

Which payment methods are accepted at the Residence? | Residence: Booking Conditions

You can pay on site with Visa, Mastercard, EC card and cash. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted at the 4-star Camping & Residence Sägemühle.

Is a deposit required for the Residence? | Residence: Booking Conditions

Yes, to confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required for apartments and rooms. You will then receive a reservation confirmation by email.

Is there a fixed arrival and departure day? | Residence: Booking Conditions

Yes, apartments and rooms are rented from Saturday to Saturday. Depending on the season and availability, arrival or departure on other days may be possible upon request.

 

During our special offer weeks, arrival and departure days are flexible. The offer is valid for 7 holiday days at the price of 5 nights.

Is there a minimum stay? | Residence: Booking Conditions

Yes, the minimum stay for our apartments is 7 nights, for rooms 2 nights. Shorter stays are only possible on request and subject to availability.

How should waste disposal be handled on departure? | Residence: Booking Conditions

We kindly ask you to dispose of rubbish and empty containers properly before departure and not to leave them in the apartment. The recycling point is located opposite the entrance to the reception.

May visitors use the leisure facilities of the Residence? | Residence: Booking Conditions

No, the use of Residence Sägemühle is reserved exclusively for registered guests. External visitors are not permitted to use the leisure facilities of our holiday resort.
