Offer/booking: All offers sent to you are non-binding until our confirmation. After a guest has made a booking, we send a pre-booking confirmation with duration, price, pitch category and number of persons. The booking request is thus only pre-booked for a short period. Only after receipt your reservation confirm and your deposit for confirmation does the booking become binding for both parties. The minimum stay for a binding reservation is 7 days.
A binding reservation is only valid after our reconfirmation and the payment of your deposit.
The deposit for the camping pitch is 30% at the time of booking. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or by credit card online on our website.
The deposit for camping accommodation such as wooden bungalows, wooden chalets and rented caravans is 30% of the price of the holiday and can be paid by bank transfer to our account or by credit card on our website.
No reservation fee! - The deposit amount is fully charged on the final bill.

Camping pitch: Camping pitch: On the day of arrival, your reserved pitch is available from 11.30 am. Arrival is possible until 10.00 pm. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather etc.). Fees must also be paid for the days not used. Likewise, pitches that have been vacated prematurely may be occupied elsewhere. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the pitch by 11.00 am. If departure takes place after 11.00 am. - and only by prior arrangement - an additional day will be charged.
Camping accomodation: On the day of check-in, the Wooden Bungalow, Wooden Chalet or Caravan are available from 3 pm. Do not arrive too early, use the time for a comfortable arrival. On the day of departure you should have left the accommodation by 10.00 am. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather etc.). The fees must also be paid for the days not used.
The Campsite is closed for quiet period from 12 am to 1.30 pm and from 10 pm to 7.30 am. During this time, no vehicles are allowed on the course. Free parking spaces are located outside the Camping Sägemühle.
Arrival and departure are binding! The minimum stay for a binding reservation is 7 days.
You are of course welcome to arrive without a reservation, we will try our best to find a free pitch for you.
If you enquire about free pitches by telephone, we will inform you of the current occupancy rate, but this is no guarantee of a free pitch on arrival. We therefore recommend spontaneous travellers to arrive earlier.
Visitors have to register at reception (passport), 1 hour of stay are for free; the use of the pool is however not included.
Pets allowed in the campsite: Dogs are only allowed on the campsite, with the request to keep them on a leash at all times. In addition, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area and sunbathing area by the swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed in any of the campsite's accommodation. Barbecue with charcoal is not allowed.
Please note the limited opening times of our Restaurant during low season, our Pizzeria is open in summer season.
Prices - VAT - local tax: All our prices include VAT of 10 percent. Should there be a legal percentage increase or reduction, the price of the stay will be adjusted accordingly. For each person over 14 years of age, we are obliged by the municipality of Prato to charge a local tax of € 0,85 per person/night (as of 2021). From 2022 the local tax will be increased to € 1,05 per person/night. This will be shown separately on the invoice.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash payment are accepted until € 1.999,99. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
Note: All prices are inclusive of VAT and are intended for one day, except where differently written.

Covid-19 cancellation situation: If you are unable to start your holiday due to Covid (border closed), we can rebook your deposit for a later stay in the year free of charge.
Otherwise, the general cancellation conditions apply: Up to 95 days before the arrival date we will refund the deposit, less the handling fee of € 80. From 95 days 50%, from 30 days 80%, less than 14 days and in case of early departure or late arrival 100% of the agreed total price of the booked arrangement will be charged.
Travel Insurance: Before the start of a journey, something unforeseeable can sometimes happen. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected from financial loss. For a carefree protection of your booking we therefore advise you to take out a cancellation insurance (5% of the travel price).
