Booking conditions
Useful information, payment & travel cancellation protection insurance for your camping stay in South Tyrol.
The quickest and easiest way to plan your vacation is through online booking.
With our booking tool, you will always secure the best available price.
Regarding pitch selection:
We do our best to take your preferences into account when assigning your pitch. However, please note that there is no entitlement to a specific pitch number. Changes in pitch assignments may occur, and we do not send separate notifications in such cases. The booked pitch category, however, is always guaranteed.
Minimum stay for a binding pitch reservation:
During the main holiday periods (Easter, Pentecost, July to September, autumn holidays and Christmas), a binding reservation is only possible for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Shorter stays are only possible subject to availability and will be charged with a 20% surcharge.
Outside these periods, spontaneous arrivals are also possible
(binding reservations can be made with a minimum stay of 3 nights).
Minimum stay for a binding reservation of accommodations
(such as wooden bungalows, chalets, or rental caravans):
7 nights (Easter, Pentecost, July to September, and Christmas).
Deposit for camping pitches:
To make your online reservation binding, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount.
This amount will be charged to your credit card, and you will then receive your reservation confirmation via webmail.
Deposit for accommodations:
(e.g., wooden bungalows, chalets, or rental caravans):
A 30% deposit is also required, charged to your credit card. Your reservation confirmation will be sent via webmail.
No reservation fee! The deposit will be fully credited to your final bill.
Bank transfer:
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please do not use instant payment (SCT Instant Payment).
Instead, make a regular bank transfer – this will usually appear in our account within 1 to 2 days.

Check-in / Check-out
Camping pitch: Camping pitch: On the day of arrival, your reserved pitch is available from 11.30 am. Arrival is possible until 10.00 pm. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather etc.). Fees must also be paid for the days not used. Likewise, pitches that have been vacated prematurely may be occupied elsewhere. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the pitch by 11.00 am. If departure takes place after 11.00 am. - and only by prior arrangement - an additional day will be charged.
Camping accomodation: On the day of check-in, the Wooden Bungalow, Wooden Chalet or Caravan are available from 4 pm. Do not arrive too early, use the time for a comfortable arrival. On the day of departure you should have left the accommodation by 9.30 am. We cannot be held responsible for delays in arrival or early departure (e.g. bad weather etc.). The fees must also be paid for the days not used.
The Campsite is closed for quiet period from 12 am to 1.30 pm and from 10 pm to 7.30 am. During this time, no vehicles are allowed on the course. Free parking spaces are located outside the Camping Sägemühle.
Informations:
Visitors are required to register at the reception (with a valid ID), and the first hour of their stay is free of charge. Starting from the second hour, the daily rate per person will be applied. Only the registered number of people may use the facility! Our recreational amenities are not accessible to the public. We appreciate your understanding that visitors are not allowed to use these facilities.
Pets allowed in the campsite: Dogs are only allowed on the campsite, with the request to keep them on a leash at all times. In addition, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area and sunbathing area by the swimming pool.
Pets are not allowed in any of the campsite's accommodation.
Barbecue with charcoal is not allowed.
Please note the limited opening times of our Restaurant during low season, our Pizzeria is open in summer season.
Prices - VAT - local tax: All our prices include VAT of 10 percent. Should there be a legal percentage increase or reduction, the price of the stay will be adjusted accordingly. For each person over 14 years of age, the local tax of € 2,60 per person/night. This will be shown separately on the invoice.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash payment. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.
Note: All prices are inclusive of VAT and are intended for one day, except where differently written.
All prices and dates are subjected to eventual errors and modification.
Cancellation conditions:
Please notify us of your cancellation in writing only.
- Up to 365 days before arrival: processing fee €80
- Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
- From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
In the event of early departure, no-show, or shortening of the booked stay, the full amount (pitch + persons) for the entire booking period will be charged.
Cancellations made verbally are not valid. A rebooking is not possible.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Travel insurance:
In case you choose not to opt for a cancellation insurance, please understand that if a cancellation occurs due to a covered reason, we cannot offer a free cancellation. The aforementioned cancellation conditions will apply in such situations. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing the insurance.
