NEW IN 2027 – Sägemühle Is Growing!

More Water. More Wellness. More Sägemühle.

Dear Guests,
We are delighted to give you a glimpse of our exciting new pool and wellness project!
Since mid-October 2026, we have been investing in expanding our holiday facilities. With a new outdoor swimming pool, a children's water play area with a waterslide, and a spacious new wellness floor above our existing indoor pool, we are creating even more space to swim, relax and enjoy your holiday.
It is especially important to us that you can continue to enjoy your stay with us throughout the construction period.

Our Construction Phases – Step by Step

1. Construction Phase – October to December 2026

The first construction work on our new pool and wellness facilities began in mid-October. The structural shell of the extension is being built next to our existing indoor swimming pool.
On 3 November 2026, we will close for our seasonal break. Construction work will continue during this period.

2. Christmas and Winter Season – From 19 December 2026

We look forward to welcoming you back for the start of our winter season on 19 December 2026!
Our campsite and residence will operate as usual, and our popular indoor swimming pool will remain fully open throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, with no restrictions.
Enjoy your winter holiday with swimming, relaxation and many wonderful moments.

3. Construction Phase – From 10 January 2027

On 10 January 2027, another important stage of construction will begin: the roof of our existing indoor swimming pool will be removed to make way for an additional floor housing our new wellness facilities. The existing swimming pool itself will remain completely intact and will not be altered by the extension. However, for technical and safety reasons, the indoor pool will need to close temporarily during this work.

4. Reopening of the Indoor Pool – Expected at the End of February 2027

Once the necessary roof and structural work has been completed and safe use can be ensured, we plan to reopen our existing indoor swimming pool around the end of February 2027. Work on the new pool and wellness facilities will continue in the meantime.

5. Our New Pool and Wellness Facilities – Spring and Summer 2027

Look forward to even more holiday experiences:

• New wellness floor: A variety of saunas and cosy relaxation rooms offering wonderful views of the Val Venosta mountains. Opening is planned for spring 2027, approximately between Easter and Pentecost.
• New outdoor swimming pool: With spacious sunbathing areas for relaxing on sunny days. Completion is expected by mid-May 2027.
• Children's water play area with waterslide: Even more water fun for our younger guests. Completion is expected by the end of June 2027.
• Step by step, our new pool and wellness facilities will take shape, offering you even more opportunities to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
